    Hello! I am the director of this film. As a native of Northern California, where we have lost 95% of kelp forest canopy since 2013, I am very personally connected to the global decline of kelp forests. My goal with this film is to show the beauty and value of kelp forests so that we can all wake up to the existence of kelp and do everything we can to be stewards of our ocean. My background is in commercial, corporate, docu-short and sports video production, and Seaforestation is my first feature documentary.
